I captured this image of a Roseate Spoonbill at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. I was photographing a perched bird, saw this spoonbill landing, turned and captured several frames. I had to recover the image in post processing because the settings were off. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Hi Joe, this is a very striking image, love the colour palette and being on a stark background really off sets that vibrant pink. For me the techs look good, as you have the sharpness of the head & neck, but a nice blur in the wings, great sense of motion, even the small branch has a roll to play in the image. The shooting angle I feel is OK, not too steep, likewise the angle of the subject to you works, nice one Joe.

Nice image Joe.
I like the colors and the
pov on the spoonbill.
I might take a sliver off the bottom.

A very pleasing image Joe. The background really sets off the colors. The blur on the wingtips is very appealing. I agree with a sliver off the bottom.

You're doing great with these high key images! Love that landing pose. Agree on taking some canvas off of the bottom.

Hi Joe, I really like those pinks of the Spoonie against your high key BG - you couldnt have picked better colours to contrast each other. Well timed for the incoming perching, these are much harder to get right, than take off shots. Just enough perch shown, and your comp works well.

Gorgeous, as said above. I'd take half the empty space off the bottom -- more than a sliver. Then it will balance the spacing on the top.
