I like the small-in-frame puffin, his pose and the windy setting. The oof rock behind him is a bit of a distraction but not a killer for me. The whole image appears slightly oversharpened on my screen. You can post at 1200 px wide.

Hey Paul, neat scene with such vibrant colours. I like the habitat, head angle, composition. Getting down a bit lower, if possible, would have been good to hide the oof rocks in the background. Yes, the image does seem oversharpened as posted. Those taller grasses at right emphasize the windy conditions you had!

Nice environmental shot, Paul. The low perspective is nice and the puffin stands out against the blue sky. I'm not sure how much you may have cropped this, but if you still have the pixels, considering a crop similar to below.
