Nice one Joe; sharp with a perfect EXP. Are you positive on the id?

Thanks Artie, welcome back. I thought either Greater or Lesser, I captured images of both that day. This one seemed to have a more gentle rounded, flat top head and a little larger than what I called the Lesser. Also this one seems to have more white on the side. Here is a post of the one I identified as the Lesser.

P.S. Peterson also notes that the iridescence on the Greater is green and on the Lesser it is purple.

Sweet shot Joe but this is a Lesser Scaup, the black on the tip of the bill will be much, much wider, and the head is not nearly rounded enough. Still nice in any case.
