Excellent timing, wide open bill, with visible food tells the story nicely. Soft background. This is an image that works for me, even though the head of adult is turned away, you can still see the eye, and the reason for that angle is clear!

In a perfect world, no shadow from a branch over the tail of the juvi.

Good behavioral shot, nice light and background.
These sparrows were part of the backyard birds of my childhood. I used to fry their eggs!
