I'm not used to seeing a Yellowlegs perch in this manner so I was pleased when it stayed put for a few minutes - allowing different angles and camera settings. For this image I liked how the shallow DOF worked in allowing us to follow the railing up to the subject. I do wish there was better sepeartion between bill and body, oh well!
