I like the details and pose. The BG is a bit distracting and I wish the bird would have faced you more. You could also apply some NR, it looks quite noisy as presented.

Although you got good detail in much of the bird, there is little detail in the black gorget and dark shadows on the belly. With ISO 800, the bg noise is pretty severe. The background is busy with the darker flower stem passing behind the birds head the most distracting element.
