In PS I will typically save my file and then go to FILE, EXPORT, SAVE FOR WEB so that I can have the proper size for posting.
You have the option to choose Optimized or Progressive? Could someone explain the advantages or disadvantages please.
Do you embed the color profile or no? Why?
