Gulls are great for unique flight poses. Here, flying away with wary look back as fisherman shooed him off bait bucket. Not the best pose, but gave me a chuckle.

Hi David .... kind of a cool shot .
FRaming is good for me .
IQ is not really there , sorry to say .
Too much contrast , strong sharpening halo , noise visible in the underwing , chromatic aberration or color fringing . Heavy processing compared to the lovely subtle work of the last posting ... why that ???

Sorry for being straight forward , David

Probably because I finally need to buckle down and learn PP skills and especially how to deal with nuance of color I don't see. Thanks as always for your help, my friend.

Got to agree with Andreas here David....the bird flying away kind of kills it as well. BTW, when you mentioned Jethro Tull...Ian Anderson is from the same place as me :w3

Will

Cool, Ian Anderson is a great musician and entertainer with a wonderful fusion of English folk, American jazz and Classical influence. I hear you on the image help. Thanks for the valued inputs.

You were lucky to get him peeking back under the wing, but the rear view of an otherwise fleeing trajectory doesn't work for me. Sky behind does have a very dreamy quality to it; it's very nice.
