    Hi Jon, certainly different, and a great find in the garden.

    Personally if you moved the whole crop down I think it would have been better and also not clipped the interesting perch, but in PP I would;d loose the broken stick at the end. Overall it's a bit dark considering you used a flash, I guess this is why the SS is so low? Having a bit more separation between subject and BKG I think would help or you open up the subject a tad more.

    Just to illustrate my thought.

    Thanks Steve for taking a look, I agree it could have been lifted a little more, I don't mind the naked twig on the right.
