Hi Jon ... nice clear view to the Hare and he gave you a good HA .
I do like the low POV and comp is good albeit not perfect for my personal taste .... I would have gone more in the rule of thirds if the image allow it . Love the sheen in his eye !!!
Colors are like your personal pref ... which is basically ok for me , I would just go for a bit more life in them .
There are some irregular " artifacts " in the FG and BG .... not as obvious as in Will´s image , but they are there ! Any idea what causes them ...?
I do like your Hare shots and I am glad that you have these opportunities in your backyard .
Sweet capture, this little one is very cute and techs look good.
The two plants on the LHS in the BG are almost identical and being darker tend to distract a little.
I like the pose very much, head angle is great, love that eye looking towards you.
Subject needs a bit more 'oomph'. Composition would be better if you cropped from the LHS and added a bit of canvas on the RHS. And maybe clean up the BG a bit?
Love hares and their quizzical expressions! Hope you get to spend more time with this wee chap, maybe he'll get used to you and you can get even closer. Thank you so much for sharing!
Andreas, Gabriela thanks for commenting Not to sure about the artefacts I added a gradient mask to the base, maybe the crop introduced something but have to confess didn't notice. Colouration of the hare I did several versions, when it was more colourfull the oranges didn't look right to me. Given the light at that moment I reckon it's close to reality. Gabriela the background looked OK to me - what needed cleaning up?

No problem with the gradient, it's just the two plants on the LHS (left of the hare) that draw my eye a bit.
Not sure what software you are using, LR has a Denoise feature that takes care of the BG and I would bring down the tiny highlights as well. Just to make the little one stand out more!
