Kevin, not sure what is going on with this crop, kind of awkward. Also maybe to much NR the bird looks a bit soft in areas. -Tim

    Coming in

Tim, nice and sharp, nice wing position and clean eye contact, maybe a bit more room as others have suggested, to bad the light wasn't coming in at a better angle. Very nice. -Tim

    Female Cardinal

David, looks like you were dealing with some harsh light but you got the birds exposure nice. I would suggest and 2x3 crop ratio and give the bird a bit more room on the right. I would also remove the distracting elements in the BG (light spots and the dried hanging stuff) also tone down the...

    Foie gras for Breakfast.

Dan, what a grab for both of you, super behavioral shot. The tail feathers look a bit hot and maybe take some contrast out of the BG. -Tim

    PIF

Arash, Nice PIF, you are right about BC, it was my favorite spot, I use to go there 4 or 5 times a week but no longer. Between the auto break-ins, aholes and no birds, this place has become a place to avoid. I also long for the years gone by. -Tim
