Krish, the image appears a little noisy to me - was the image correctly exposed? (there are no exposure data). Details appear to be a little lacking, I get the impression more could be delivered from the file. I have downloaded the file it would seem that there is not an embedded profile, when I assigned SRGB the image to be oversaturated. Having said that I have posted images previously and people have said I had not embedded SRGB and I actually had done so.
I think it may be worth having another look at the raw file.

Hey Krish, I bet these guys are fun to shoot. We have two Eagle species here and I long to shoot more.

Jon had some good points above. The bkg is quite nice IMO and it's great to see dinner being had.

For me, not having eye contact with the subject takes it down a good bit. TFS!

I love the fish Eagles. Whenever we went for a nature break to the Loskop Dam, in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, RSA we always saw a lot of eagles and their very distinctive call was a delight to hear. Unfortunately the Bald Eagle here in the US is mute.
I used to judge the monthly submissions at the Sandton Photo Society meetings and one of the most common comments to a picture like this is was always - "What a pity that there is no light in the eye." Which was our criterion for life in the subject. Also we were very strict about man made structures being included in photos of wild animals. Pictures of animals in a Zoo were not viewed kindly.

We also fished for Tilapia whenever on a camping trip and they supplemented our diet. Kish, thanks for posting this picture which brought a flood of very pleasant memories back to me. Our favorite vacation was a 3 week camping trip in Botswana with our 2 kids. Our son became an expert at fishing for Tilapia, bringing as many a 6 back to the camp for dinner.

Hmm. . Thanks Jonathan.
