This is very nice. I think you posted two similar frames a few weeks back. Lovely detail and exposure. I would have gone to ISO 640 and dropped to f/8 for more depth of field. Otherwise pretty stellar.

Hi Dorian, you remember well, I did post similar frames a while back. I found this that I had not processed so worked it up. When this close I don't think F/8 would have changed the depth of field on the bird much but most likely would have changed the background. I am in Artie's camp on shooting everything wide open unless a compelling reason to change. Thank you for viewing and commenting.
