Same woody as previous post but different perch and background. I have previously had some problems with the green colouration of the background but I think I now have it under control (??)

Hi Jon ... very nice classical pose of the WP and the perch does look nice , as does the BG ..... maybe too plain almost like a studio backdrop .
Details and sharpness are exquisite , tones looking good .
Not too fuzzed about your colors to be honest .... there seem to be a yellow /reddish cast over the whole color range . Just my take

No profile attached ... I am really wondering why many members do have an issue with that lately ( since the technical overhaul )

Thanks Andreas, I appreciate your comments, the RGB profile was most definitely embedded- I don’t know what the issue is. I am using Mozilla Firefox I don’t know if this is anything to do with it.

Hi Jon - I like the shot a lot. Personally, I struggle getting a bead on them to get a good profile. I'm going to go out on a limb as a new guy who struggles to get anything like what you guys produce, but it seems to me that the bird seems a bit over-smoothed. Clearly the focus was nailed, but perhaps there's a bit too much denoising. Just my thoughts, FWIW.
