Hi folks ...
I captured the incoming Buzzard at the same location in Serbia as the Magpie image , not that much nice light as in the early morning .
It was grey and dab light with a lot of haze and fog for the most part of the day .
I kept the wider view instead of cropping in ... to give an idea of the landscape . The dark blobs in the BG are Ravens , I kept to give some context .... some might think they should go .
Matter of taste

Canon EOS R 3
RF 400 2,8 IS L + 2X TC
Tripod

F 6,3 ; Iso 16.000 ; 1/2500 sec

Processed with PR 4 ; DT 4.8.1 and PSCC 2025 ; slight crop

Thanks for looking and commenting to my previous postings

Cheers Andreas

Hey Andreas,

Obviously not ideal conditions, but the Buzzard looks good and the overall composition and inclusion of the Ravens tells the story.
I like the shape that the Buzzard makes. The detail looks good for the high ISO and there is a nice touch of movement in the wingtips.

Thanks for sharing,

Gerald

Andreas it's just super! I think correct to retain the ravens, it helps convey the setting. The focus on the buzzard is terrific - well done.
