Oh boy, I am far from a scientific type of guy but I can bet the farm that my 7DII's files (as much as I like the camera) pushed 5 stops, even from ISO 100, would look horrific, much worse than a properly exposed ISO 3200 file (which I find acceptable for my tastes). The first part of the video, I would not be surprised if that happens to some degree, but again, I am far form a "test" type of guy. As long as my real world scenarios look fine, then I am a happy camper! Interesting stuff though!

How's it possible that this wasn't thoroughly tested by someone on the internet at this point? Not that I care too much, but it would certainly be nice to know.
