I took this image as the tide was advancing, I lay prone on the sand and the camera was at ground level. It was good fun keeping up with them as they darted this way and that.

Sweet warm light and the Sanderling doing its thing .
Details and tones in the subject well rendered !!! Good overall color and glad you managed a low angle shot .
I would maybe remove the pile of algae in the ULC

Very active birds and good on you for getting belly down in the sand for this great shot. Only possible critique I could say is that the line of the water seems slightly leaned to the left, not sure if it really needs straightening I'd have to open it in an editor and I'm here taking an eye break at work with no such tools :)
