It's a nice record shot, Jon, but unfortunately the plain, grey sky, and the shooting angle aren't helping the image. I feel like the image needs a little more color, or a more dynamic pose to grab me.

Hi Jon ... well well the lovely indian pale skies , LOL .
Very often a nightmare i think .
I am ok with the pose and the head turn , albeit it might be not the hottest posing on planet earth .
Like my LO image ... i wopuld try to create a strong B&W with this one . Or at least push the subject in terms of tonal range .. over the quite " boring " flatness that is present .
You seem to be very realism interested at the moment , when it comes to the tones ...
