Hi Indranil - gorgeous perch and love the flowers top right.

Brd does look a little soft on my screen, it helps if you post the full details on your exposure so that everyone can see what is going on.

For my personal tastes, bird is a bit to centre in the frame, I would have liked to see bird lower left with the flowers upper right.

Lance, thanks for your feedback. Here is another try on the crop. Also used the two pass unsharp mask. The settings were ISO 100, 1/100 sec, 200mm at f5.6.

You have captured a beautiful bird Indranil and the re post is much better, however I think you might have over sharpen the image a little, when you enlarge the image there is a blueish and purple halo around the bird and perch. At least this is what I see on my monitor.

I like the different crop moving the bird of center. Also like how he turned his neck to give you the good angle !!!!

Would select the eye area and lighten, might bring some life into it Images at steep angles generally don't work well but do like this one.
