Taken last spring. I know, a little past prime position but you take what you get. Basically full frame(40mp). I would have to use generative fill to add canvas to the front of the bird.
Manual exposure. Underexposed by about 3/4 a stop trying to protect the whites. I had been checking for blinkies as it approached and this was correct the last I checked.

Not too shabby. For background extension like this I find generative fill to be a bit pants. A simple content aware fill often works better. Still often noticeable without work though.

I quite like the timing of the shot. The lighting and sharpness are excellent

I like the capture Jack, but the lack of image content below is a killer for me. The BKG is quite pleasing and without any distractions helps separate the subject. HA needs a bit more to camera its a fraction looking away. Nice vibrant colours albeit I might peg back the Whites & Blacks back a fraction, whites then have a bit more tone, the blacks release a fraction more detail adding form. Water droplets are a nice touch.

I would have to use generative fill to add canvas to the front of the bird.

More to the foot of the image Jack, its just way too tight. Be carful as GF will add a pattern to the area because its low res nothing you can do, and also it embeds itself into the file, easy spot for any Comps. There is a workaround to cover your tracks but always best to achieve ib camera, but it still leaves the data in the file.

Hope you don't mind but I did a quick edit to my tastes just using clone tools and none of this AI malarky. Not perfect but I only had 10 mins so don't look too closely.
