Hey Jon ... for sure a nice landscape captured .
I am by far not the landscape expert ... when it comes to see the image and edit it in the end , but my initial thought was when looking at the image you have " randomly created D&B effects " across the scene. Specially in areas that are not really important elements ion the frame , IMHO .
I do like your basic darker exposure and the chosen WB ....
If this was mine .... I would use the river as the main subject and keep all the rest as side subjects , meaning keeping the river and the surrounding areas kind of light and the rest fading into darker tones . If you D&B the surrounding rocks and bushes ... I would use masks to paint the effects through and not on a blank mask . Hope you understand what I am talking about .

Good to see you venturing into other genres . Landscape photography is quite cool .... but a very difficult genre , IMHO.
