Whew - I'm back from 10 days in Kenya (Birding with a Camera tour), 9 days in South Africa (birding by myself) and 34 days in Namibia and Botswana (back-to-back, 16-day birding loops).
Most of my time was dedicated to getting clients shots/lifers, but I managed a few frames of my own along the way, this one from ZA while I was on my own.

Bird lured with audio. Always a challenge to start/stop the tape and handle the big rig at the same time!

I've seen a few sneak-peeks on fb / IG, and can't wait to see the higher resolution versions here such as this one. Solid image Dorian, there really isn't anything I would change here. I especially love that the subject perched near the top of the plant.
