Hello everyone. Thank you for all your comments and suggestions to my previous post, as always much appreciated.

Posting a tiger image from bandhavgarh after a while. This male tiger sighting was one of my best tiger sightings till date and I had previously posted images of this individual , sitting atop the rocks. This time around he moved down from the top and came near to the valley and made himself at ease. Though the light was low, the close proximity provided us with good opportunities.

DPP 4.12, PSCC 2020, TK 7 Panel ( for the first time and long way to go ), WB, curves, levels, selective colour, vib/sat, NR, sharpening.

Canon 1DX MK II, Canon 500mm f4 IS II, Bean Bag.

ss 1/800 , f/4.0 ( should have been 5.6) , iso 5000 ( was unaware abt power of ETTR at that time, otherwise could have boosted it further to compensate for the f stop).

Looking forward for all your comments and suggestions , be it of any nature.

Haseeb.

Gorgeous pose and stare Haseeb, certainly a fraction more, but as presented it looks OK at f/4. The green leaf I'm undecided, does it add a splash of colour, or draws the eye?
Nice one and very pleased you got a cool sighting.

Hi Steve , thank you for your comment. At f/4 it does look ok and for the leaf , matter of choice but I think it is adding that colour element amidst the dry settings.

Haseeb it looks good, I don't mind the limited DOF. In a situation like this I would have probably done a similar exposure but once it was in the bag I would certainly have taken some at a lower shutter speed, and at 5.6 - f8
