Dear all

Just back to home after fairlytale trip of Bandhavgarh NP ,
First morning I saw one cub sleeping in Damnar water stream , followed by awesome sighting of male. Next morning , we were blessed with male again and evening show by a cub who climbed tree and walked on horizontal branch like model on ramp. Next morning was hide and seek between me and stripes. Evening was superhit as this male ( posted now ) show lasted for more than 45 mins , his girlfriend was kind enough
Nearly 500 images were keepers with different composition , poses and angle of shooting.

Last morning , no luck with tigers but made few nice images of Langoors and evening was blockbuster hit. Mirchaini female came growling and calling for cubs. She hugged them and then Cubs played in Jhumari Talliayya ( pond )!!!!! Shooted them like nothing , it was fanatic shooting for 45 mins , 18 GB burnt !!!!!!

Starting with my Fav male Kallu and boy o boy he is growing thick and fast. Nearly taken over control on teritory of Legendery B2 and looks like he will be next King of Tala zone

Another great news , Sukhi Patiya female in Magadhi zone has two new cubs :) and another unknown female found with four cubs in magadhi zone. So all in all we have twenty cubs in Bandhavgarh NP and three pairs are in mating

7D , 300/f4 + 1.4X, ISO 400 , 1/250 , f5,6 ,beanbag , slightly cropped on right and top , kept frame loose to show home of tiger

All C & C are most welcome and much appreciated

Harshad, this is a stunning image, love the cropping to show some environment. The cat looks alert, great pose and position. No doubt in my mind that these are simply the most photogenic of cats.

500 keepers, that should keep you busy and us entertained for some time to come.

500 keepers:(:(:(

Harshad seems your prayers have been answered all in one go.;) No 'nits' from me, just love it!!! Well done for keeping it 'loose' so easy to crop in tight. Where was it taken, near the watch tower?

No need to add any more comments you know my thoughts both in content & image my friend, just very jealous.:)

Wow! What a trip you must have had, Harshad! This image is a real beauty. The low angle, the look on the tiger's face, and the inclusion of habitat are all spot on. You could, maybe, make this image a little warmer, perhaps?

Harshad,

I must admit that this is a fine Tiger, but I think there is too much space.

but I think there is too much space.

Totally disagree on that Ken. An image like this needs room for the subject to breathe, it also helps illustrate both environment & habitat. An animal such as this deserves its space both in reality & in the image, personally it is spot on IMHO. ;)
