Hi folks ...we had surprising snowfall this morning , already melted by noon .... so I took quickly the chance to shoot the Squirrels in snow .
For whatever reason the R1 did not perform as good as yesterday in terms of approaching Squirrels , I changed some settings in the AF menu and they turned out to be less ideal . The focus point was on the head ( as per DPP ) but the focus was lying way behind on the body ???!!! So I was ending up with some stain shots in the end n, well well a constant learning curve.
A shame , as we are not having that much snow and the Squirrels made a great job by running at me.
Light was really poor ...
