Lake Morton-2017_03_21--32-2.JPG

Image captured at Lake Morton in Lakeland, Florida in March of 2017. I recently worked up the image again using new tools and experience. How some birds change during breeding I find quite amazing. On this White Ibis the orange/pink normal colors of the bill and face have become deep red, the tip of bill has turned black, and the gular sac has become very much more prominent. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Post processed using Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2023 and Topaz Denoise AI, removed a membrane covering the front third of the eye
Cropped for composition and presentation

A striking individual!! I love the gular sac, and the blue eye surrounded by all that red. A bit tight above for me comp-wise.
