We are pleased to announce the Themes for the next year (and a couple of extra months). We've added 2 new themes, "Interaction" in November and "Movement" in April 2019. We've also added Spotlit images to the Silhouette and Backlit Theme for February 2019.
August 2018 – Youngsters
September 2018 – IUCN Red List Near Threatened and Worse
October 2018 – Black and White or Toned Images
November 2018 –Interaction – Chases, greetings, play, mating, fighting and other images showing wildlife interacting
December 2018 - Animals with Antlers, Horns and Tusks
January 2019 – Head Shots and Portraits
February 2019 – Silhouettes, Backlit and Spotlit Images
March 2019 – Multiple Animals Same Species
April 2019 – Movement – Animals running or jumping including panning shots and images with purposeful motion blur
May 2019 – Animalscapes
June 2019 – Water in the Image in Any Form
July 2019 – Rodents, Rabbits and Hares
August 2019 – Predators
September 2019 – Multiple Animals Different Species – All animals must be alive

You can opt to shoot with a Theme in mind or to wait to post a particular image until the appropriate Theme. Of course, you can still post any Wildlife image at any time. So here are the Themes through September 2019:
