This fledgling is in between the previous two posted in maturity and coloration. After seeing 50+ active nests at Wakodahatchee wetlands over the past 6 months, it is good to see some of the fledglings still hanging about.
 
I love wood storks and don't think I have ever seen a fledgling.
I think you could increase the exposure on the bird by 1/3 to 1/2 stop. Keep the dark BG though.
The crop is tricky- you want room at the bottom for the virtual feet but the reflection of the tail is not ideal. I would crop from the bottom to the edge of the tail reflection. You could also crop a bit less and just clone out the little bits of tail feathers in the reflection.

David, good suggestions by Gail and i would add cleaning up the eye a bit, removing second catchlight. Love those fresh feathers.
