Hi all ... after a break back to the jumping Squirrels :bg3:
Stopped the shooting at my location , as too many other subjects became interested ... like Jackdaw , Crows and other smaller birds . Plus the Squirrels came less frequent ... will try again in autumn . Then the Squirrels will appear nicer as well ... with a lovely thick tail and fur .

Canon EOS R6 II
EF 500 IS L II + 1,4 TC
Tripod

F9 ; Iso 8000 ; 1/3200 sec

Processed with DT 4.6.1 and PSCC 2024 ; slight crop from top and RHS

Thanks for watching and commenting to my previous postings

Cheers Andreas

Lucky squirrel eating walnuts! Focus bang on image beautifully sharp - a fine shot technically aesethetically perhaps not 100% ,

ThX Jon ... well matter of taste what kind of pose is more interesting or aesthetically more pleasing , but no problem if you like one more than the other !!!

The coolest jump poses can be achieved when its raining as they tend to shake themselves once airborne :t3:bg3: and its only on the way to the nuts , when jumping back they do not shake themselves

Cheers Andreas
