Nice overall and a few improvements would enhance it. Some pre and some post process.
A better HA (i.e. more turned towards you) would give better viewer-subject eye contact. That's the first and most important thing perhaps 99.999% of the time.
The pupil looks a little red from the flash, which is an easy fix in photoshop. I would also run selective NR on the BG. Overall there are lots of fine details and I want to congratulate you for a good base image.

Nice setting for this portrait. Agree with a little head turn, doesn't need much. Sharpness and exposure look good. Not sure on the red sat in the eye, maybe lower slightly. TFS

Hi Pedro, I totally agree with the excellent comments and suggestions by Akos and I only have to add that the soft light is really nice and that the blue berries of the "Viburnum" tree are just beautiful
